WHAT DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY COVER?

This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of the personal information that we gather when you access our Application(s) and when you use our services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control (including any third party products or services used for logging into the Application(s) or that are integrated with the Application(s)), or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

Our Application(s) and services are not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register for or use our Application(s) or services. If you are under the age of 18, do not attempt to register for or use the Application(s) or services, or send any information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from someone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as reasonably practicable. If you believe that we might have inadvertently collected information from or about someone under the age of 16, please contact us at support@originonetechnologies.com.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

The information we gather from users enables us to personalize and improve our services and allows our users to set up user accounts and profiles that can be used to personalize their experience on our Application(s). We collect the following types of information from our users:

Personal Information You Provide to Us

We receive and store the information you enter on our Application(s) or provide to us in other ways. Personal information is information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, physical address, date of birth, phone number, email address, display name, credit card information, and any other information which may be necessary for us to provide services or which you submit to us when choosing to participate in various activities made available by us.

If you provide feedback or initiate contact with us via email, we will collect your name and address, as well as any other content provided in the email, to send you a reply, provide user and technical support, improve and optimize our services, satisfy our legal obligations, enforce our contracts, and address any existing or anticipated disputes.

You may choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of certain of our services and special features of our Application(s).  The personal information you provide is used by us to, for example, answer questions, improve the content of our Application(s), customize the advertising and content you see, and communicate with you about our Application(s) and services, including specials and new features.

Personal Information Collected Automatically

Our Application(s) and service automatically collect usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to our Application(s) and how they use the various components.  We only use this data in aggregate form, that is, as a statistical measure, and not in a manner that would identify users personally.  This type of aggregate data enables us to figure out how users use parts of the Application(s) or services so that we can make the Application(s) appealing to as many users as possible, and improve those services.

To improve, personalize, and optimize our services and meet our legal obligations, we may automatically track certain information about your visits to and usage of our Application(s).  We may automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, operating system, device information, numbers or codes that are unique to your device (such as IDFA or an Android Ad ID), default device language, and usage information such as cookie information, browser information, log file information, timestamps, the pages you request, and the actions and path you take on the Application(s).  Certain types of information we collect are described more fully below.

E-mail Communications

We may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us if your device (computer, tablet, phone, or another internet-enabled device) supports this type of functionality. We use this confirmation to help us make emails more interesting and helpful and to improve our Application(s) and services. When you receive an e-mail from us, you can opt-out of receiving further e-mails by following the included instructions to unsubscribe.

Cookies

Like many online services, we use “cookies” to collect technical information.  Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your device’s persistent storage medium through your browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages in our site are visited and by how many people.  We use cookies to enhance visitors’ experiences, to learn more about their use of the Application(s), and to improve quality.  Our cookies do not collect personal information, and we do not combine the general information collected through cookies with other personal information to identify you, your screen name, or email address.

Most browsers have an option for turning off the cookie feature, which will prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, as well as (depending on the sophistication of your browser software) allowing you to decide on acceptance of each new cookie in a variety of ways.  We strongly recommend that you leave the cookies activated, however, because cookies enable you to take advantage of some of the key features of our Application(s).

Advertisements appearing on our Application(s) may be delivered to users by our advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the advertiser’s server to recognize your device each time the advertiser sends you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your device. This information allows advertising networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers our use of cookies only and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

HOW WILL WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Personal information about our users is an integral part of our business.  We neither rent nor sell your personal information to anyone.  We may, however, create aggregated, anonymized or de-identified data (i.e., data that is not reasonably capable of being associated with or linked to you) from the personal information we collected from or about you.  We use such data to analyze request and usage patterns, so that we may improve, optimize, or enhance our Application(s) or services and improve our users’ experience with and ability to navigate our Application(s).  We reserve the right to use such aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data for any purpose and disclose it to third parties for any reason.

We also may share your personal information only for very limited purposes, and only as described below.

Advertisers: As discussed above, we allow advertisers to choose the demographic information of users who will see their advertisements, and you agree that we may use any of the information we have collected from you (including, without limitation, the information you may have decided not to show to other users) to select or allow an advertiser to select the appropriate audience for their advertisements.

Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control: We anticipate becoming affiliated with a variety of businesses and working closely with them. We may provide services, or sell products jointly with such affiliated businesses.  You can easily recognize when an affiliated business is associated with your transaction, and we will share your personal information that is related to such transactions with that affiliated business. For example, you may have the ability to choose to automatically transmit third party account information to your Application(s) profile(s) or to automatically transmit information in your Application(s) profile(s) to your account with a third party website. We have no control over the policies and practices of third party websites as to privacy or anything else, so if you choose to allow these automatic transmissions, please review all third party websites’ policies.

Agents: We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you.    Unless we tell you differently, our agents do not have any right to use any personal information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us. By using our Application(s), you consent to our sharing of personal information for these purposes.

User Profiles: User profile information including users’ display name, city, state and other information entered by you (“user submissions”) may be displayed to other users to facilitate user interaction within the Application(s).

Communication in Response to User Submissions: As part of our Application(s) and services, you will receive from us an email and other communications relating to your user submissions. You acknowledge and agree that by posting such user submissions, we may send you email and other communications that we determine in our sole discretion relate to your user submissions.

Business Transfers: In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets.  In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the business assets that are transferred.  Moreover, if we or substantially all of our assets are acquired, or in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that may be transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that any party that acquires us or our assets may continue to use your personal information as stated in this policy.

Protection of Company and Others: We may release user personal information when we believe in good faith that release is necessary to comply with the law; enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements; or protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our employees, our users, or others.  This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction, reporting information to tax authorities, and sharing information with law enforcement, government agencies, and courts.

With Your Consent: Except as set forth above, you will be notified if your personal information may be shared with third parties, and you will be able to prevent the sharing of this information.

Information Retention: We will retain personal information as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes unless the law requires us to keep it for a longer period of time.  To provide security and business continuity for the activities described in this Privacy Policy, we make backups of certain data that we may retain for longer than the original data.

IS PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT ME SECURE?

For your privacy and security, any personal information you may provide to us is protected by a verification code.  It is your responsibility to ensure that there is no unauthorized access to your account and personal information by limiting access to your device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

We endeavor to protect user information to ensure that user account information is kept private, however, we cannot guarantee the security of user account information.  Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time.

WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE?

As stated previously, you may opt not to disclose personal information even though it may be needed to take advantage of or register for certain features of our Application(s) and services.

• For sharing with third parties to send you relevant offers and promotions:  content and account registration information, demographic and statistical information, user-generated content, and geolocation.
